  1. Apply Online

If you see a job of interest and believe that you’re just the person we’ve been looking for, apply online by uploading your CV and letting us know a little more about yourself.

  2. Interviews

Have you been successfully shortlisted? Congratulations, there’s plenty of competition out there! The next stage is for us to invite you for an initial ‘values based’ interview with one of our People Managers.

As you might expect, our interviews vary depending on the role. You may be asked to complete a role-related task, aptitude test, a second interview or to be part of one of our Assessment Centres.

  3. Getting to know each other

Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do and a cultural fit is just as important to us as technical expertise. We like to think that we’re a progressive place to work and we’re looking for people who share our values.

The interview is a great place for you to get to know us a little better, learn more about our culture and opportunities, and for you to decide to choose us, as well as us choosing you.

  4. The Legal Bits and Your Offer

As a regulated financial services business, we’ll need to carry out some pre-employment checks before you join. These will include checking your references, right to work in the UK, credit history and a medical questionnaire.

If your role requires additional checks, we’ll let you know what’s required and we’ll always ask for permission in advance.

If you are successful, we’ll make a conditional offer of employment subject to clearance of these checks.

  5. Welcoming you on board

Starting any new position can be a daunting task and we’ll do our best to make the transition a smooth one. Once your start date has been agreed, our People and Culture Team will grant you access to your on-boarding portal. This is an online checklist of information to help you feel ready and prepared before your first day arrives.

All that’s left to say is that we look forward to having you as part of the team.
