In both the app and internet banking you are able to access up to 26 statements including your yearly statements.

To access your statements in app:

1. Select the account you’d like to view statements for from the accounts screen.
2. Tap the three lines in the top right corner and tap eStatements.
3. Older eStatements are available in Internet Banking (Up to 6 years.)

On iOS your statement will open in the PDF viewer in app and you can use the share button to save your statement from here.

On Android your statement will open in your default PDF viewer or you will be prompted to choose an app if you don’t have a default.

In Internet Banking, you can view up to your last 2 years of statements as well as 2 annual statements.

To access your statements in internet banking:

1. Select account details and then eStatements from the drop down (Alternatively, under messages and alerts on the right hand side select ‘Unread eStatements’)
2. Change the account you’d like to view the statements for using the drop down menu
3. Select the eStatement you’d like to view

Depending on your browser and settings, your statement will either automatically download as a PDF locally to your device, or open in a new tab/window where you’ll be able to save it locally.
