Lost / stolen cards & other items
Contact us as soon as possible if you lose your debit card, mobile phone, cheque book or passbook. You can contact us by:
- Completing the Lost Card from below
- Calling our Customer Care team on 01228 403141
If you are contacting us by phone outside our normal opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you.
Your liability for any fraudulent transactions will cease at that point, unless you are deemed to have acted negligently in any way or breached our terms and conditions relating to the security of your card and/or PIN.
Please Note: A new card will not be ordered until you have spoken to us directly.
