Setting Up Regular Payments

To set up a regular payment (Standing Order) in the app:

  1. Select Payments from the bottom menu bar.
  2. Select whether you’d like to pay someone else of transfer between your own accounts.
  3. Select the payee you’d like to pay regularly or create a new payee using the ‘Add payee’ button in the top right.
  4. Input your payment amount.
  5. Input your reference.
  6. Select the date field and choose ‘Regular Payment.’
  7. Select the date of your first payment and press ‘Done.’
  8. Choose how often you’d like your regular payment to go (Weekly, Monthly etc) and press ‘Done.’
  9. Choose whether you want payments to go indefinitely or stop after a certain date and press ‘Done.’
  10. Confirm Payment.

To set up a regular payment (Standing order) in Internet Banking:

  1. From either Quick Links on the right hand side of the home page or from the ‘Move Money’ dropdown at the top select whether you’d like to ‘Pay Someone’ else of ‘Transfer Between Accounts’.
  2. If you select ‘Transfer Between Accounts’ you’ll be asked to choose which account to move money from and which account to move money to.
  3. If you select ‘Pay Someone’ you’ll be asked to choose an existing payee you’d like to pay or you can add a new one.
  4. Input your payment amount.
  5. Input your reference.
  6. Select ‘Make a regular payment' or 'Make a regular transfer’.
  7. Choose how often you’d like your regular payment to go (Weekly, Monthly etc).
  8. Choose whether you want payments to go indefinitely or stop after a certain date and press ‘Continue.’
  9. Confirm Payment.
