The title of the competition is Random Acts of Kindness.
The competition will run from 11:00 on 11 February 2024 (the “Opening Dare”) to 10:30 on 17 February 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
The competition is only open to current Members of the Cumberland Building Society in the UK [aged 18 or over].
Employees of the Cumberland Building Society and members of their family are not eligible for a gift.
Gifts are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the gift. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift of equal or greater value.
The gift is not negotiable, or transferable.
The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be
entered into.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
